This company is very sexist and treats men and women differently. There's a high-level manager who is very disrespectful. The interview process involves at least 4 interviews, with one being 3 hours long and including role-plays that are very intense. The recruiter has a tough job dealing with bad management. The company also ghosts candidates and has terrible management and low pay.

I applied online and then got a call from a recruiter. The recruiter was really rude, she made me feel horrible. She diminished my accomplishments and said she couldn't do video calls because she was on her personal phone, and she didn't even read my resume. When I was talking about myself, she interrupted and told me to stop talking so fast because she was trying to type. I emailed her after the call to withdraw my application because I didn't want to be part of a company that has someone like her representing them.

I had a phone call with the hiring manager first. Then, about two weeks later, I did an in-person interview with the hiring manager, which was one-on-one. After that, there was a personality test.
