Applied Systems Implementation Lead interviews, decoded.

I went through 3 interviews total. First was with the recruiter, then I had a second interview with 2 directors of implementation, and finally, the last one was in the home office in Chicago with a bunch of middle managers and one of the directors.

I had a phone call with the recruiter to start things off. The next day, I got a skills test that took me about 30 minutes. After that, I had a Skype interview with two managers. Then, I was flown out to Chicago for two group interviews. All the interviews, both on Skype and in person, felt really serious and it was hard to figure out what the interviewers were thinking. The recruiter was really helpful and nice though.
