It was a pretty direct interview process. They asked questions that were actually relevant to the job. The leadership and the team gave us a rundown of the company and the role, and then they asked a bunch of questions. They also made sure to answer any questions we had.

The people were good and the conversation flowed great. They were very easy to talk to. Seems like a great group to work with. The interview itself was informative and went very smoothly. There were no trick questions, it was just a conversation.

Had an initial screening phone call where they explained the next interviews. Standard behavioral questions came up, plus technical questions about the job description. Since it's a contracting company, they checked if I met the client's needs before making an offer.
