Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process was pretty straightforward. It started with an online application, then a quick phone screen, a virtual resume review, and ended with an in-person technical interview that had more practical, scenario-based questions.

So the interview was for a junior role, lasted about 2.5 hours. First there was a 30-min written test where I had to read, explain, and code in Python, HTML, and SQL. After that, I discussed my answers with the panel. They also asked me a bunch of behavioral and technical questions. To wrap it up, I did a simple whiteboarding problem where I could pick between two options and use pseudocode.

The interview process was abysmal, it took months of ghosting after I did seemingly fine on the live coding exercise. Then I got an email saying the posting was cancelled to reassess workforce requirements.
