Applied Medical Technician interviews, decoded.

Had one interview with the department manager and team leader. It was about my past maintenance experience, machines I've worked on, and some electrical questions. Overall, it felt good, and both interviewers were nice. Heard back about the results via email within 2 weeks.

It was a panel interview with 4 people from different teams, one was the director. I didn't know who was who at first. They discussed where I'd fit in their teams after I left. The interview was quick, just to meet them. They didn't ask any hard or complex questions. I got an offer within a week. I was already working at the company, so I had to wait a couple months for the transfer paperwork to go through before I could actually start with the new team.

Met with a recruiter at a career fair. Got a call a few weeks later for a 3-way phone interview. Received a verbal and informal email job offer from Chen Weng. Then they asked me to interview again, but no formal offer was ever given.
