Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 45-minute phone call with three engineers. They mostly asked about my previous experience and had questions based on my resume. There were also a few technical questions related to my experience and some simple logic questions based on my specific field.

Had a quick call with the recruiter, then a 30-45 min video panel interview, followed by a 2 hour onsite interview which usually includes a tour of the facilities. The waiting time to hear back can be long, and the hiring process really depends on the specific team's direct leadership.

Had a phone screening with HR. They asked general questions. Then I had to wait over a month for a rejection email, which was automated and gave no reasons. They were time wasters.
