Candidate-reported interview process

After an initial CV screening, there was a telephone and teams conversation. The final stage was a short prepared presentation, followed by competency-style questions. They gave a good explanation of the onboarding process and set expectations.

It was a really drawn-out process, starting with HR and then moving on to the hiring manager. After that, I had another chat with a different manager, and it just kept going. In total, there were about six interviews, with the first one being a phone call and the rest conducted over Zoom. The very last one was in person.

After applying, there was a phone screen, followed by interviews with management, starting from the hiring manager up to the Regional Director and sales VP. This whole process took several weeks and involved travel to multiple locations.
