Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process started with a 30-40 minute phone call with HR for an initial screening. About a week later, I got a call back to set up an in-person tour and a panel interview with the hiring team. So, in total, there were about 2 rounds of interviews.

The interview process started with a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter. This call focused on behavioral questions and probed my resume experience. I got a response the next day and was invited for a second interview, which was a 1-hour onsite tour followed by a 1-hour interview.

It was a 3 round interview process, not counting team and manager matching, to find a good fit for the team. There would be a behavioral interview and then a technical interview.
