Candidate-reported interview process

I had two phone interviews before they invited me to an on-site. At the on-site, I met with a director and three managers from different departments. Everyone was nice and friendly, but they were definitely serious about hiring. It was a panel interview, so get ready for questions to come at you fast.

After submitting my online application, I got a call in less than an hour to set up a phone screen. Following the phone screen, I had two in-person interviews that were panel-style. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly.

I was referred by someone in the company. It was honestly the worst interview I've ever had. They asked me three questions and then cut the interview short. They were really unfriendly and unprofessional, and made it obvious they weren't interested. This company clearly doesn't care about its candidates.
