Candidate-reported interview process

I had just one interview round, which was a phone call lasting about half an hour. The program manager contacted me a little over a week later to give a verbal offer for the job.

So I had a recruiter call first. Then, a panel of engineers interviewed me. They mostly talked about my resume and the details of my past work. They didn't really give me much information about the actual role. It felt like they kept asking the same questions but just phrased them a bit differently.

The interview process was lengthy but not too difficult. I met with several different teams virtually over Teams, sometimes with the same people. The questions were mostly about my experience and my attraction towards the company. Had one in-person interview.
