The interview was very laid-back. They asked the usual questions about my strengths and weaknesses and for basic self-introductions. The interviewer was really nice, and there were no technical questions in the first round. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
It was a long process with a test and several touchpoints, which could maybe be streamlined. Most of it was focused on assessing personality and talking through past experiences. Everyone was really friendly and gave me chances to shine.
The interview process was really fast and direct. They ask really good questions to figure out where you'd be the best fit in the company. It was definitely a smooth process, and you get to see the Warehouse and Production room.
