Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring manager reached out to me and asked for my availability. I provided three time slots, but they said I wasn't flexible enough, acting like my boss already. Because of this lack of respect for my schedule, I didn't respond further.

The interview was pretty messy. The person I was supposed to talk to showed up late and seemed annoyed the whole time. They cut our 60-minute chat down to just 25 minutes. On top of that, two other people who were supposed to be there didn't even show up, so the interview wasn't even finished. Makes you wonder about when they plan to hire someone new. It's really important to be on time for everyone involved.

It was the typical process. First, a phone interview which was just the standard screening part. Then, the second interview was the in-person/on-site interview, which was more of a behavior/personality vibe type of interview.
