Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty basic, resume-based questions, and then some behavioral and situation-based questions. They asked about previous jobs, why I want this position and this company, and my experience working with suppliers, which is a must.

The interview process had 3 rounds, each with different levels of organization. They asked basic interview questions about my resume and experiences. Everything was virtual because of covid. The first round was over the phone, and the next two were through Microsoft Teams video calls.

3 interviews total. First with an outside company, then with the lead team. No test in the first interview, and no home test was requested.
