A recruiter first did an intro phone screen. Then I interviewed with some HR people. Finally, I met with business partners for the last interviews.
The first part was a phone interview where they asked about my background and told me about the job. They set up a group meeting on Zoom for a few days from now. I'm still waiting for the next step.
The hiring manager seemed like a nice person, but they don't have much experience in guiding or mentoring for this role.
