Candidate-reported interview process
We had 3 interviews in total. I first spoke with the Head of the team, and then I had two more interviews with members of the team. It was a pretty good experience overall. The interviews were mostly focused on technical knowledge and each lasted about an hour.
The interview process was about 3 hours long. It started with a 30-minute presentation, followed by technical questions related to the presentation asked by about 5 team members. There were also other technical questions covering signal processing and the manufacturing process, along with some questions about teamwork.
The interview process consisted of a single round with the team. There was no response after the interview, which made it seem like they weren't seriously hiring. It felt like they wanted to document that they interviewed candidates and then give the job to someone already on the project, possibly for green card reasons.
