Had two recruiter interviews, then a long 4-hour interview with about 6 people. It felt unorganized and tedious, way too casual for an interview, making it seem like you'd easily get the role. Honestly, it needs more professionalism. Some parts were awkward since you had to talk to yourself to stay engaged while the interviewers were quiet. For a new grad role with no experience required, it was just too tedious and high-strung. It seems like school choice really matters a lot to this company. Having a big-name school on your resume is a plus.
I had an intro call with a recruiter at Applied Intuition. The whole process felt good and communication was professional. The recruiter told me good stuff about the company and the job. But, they mentioned the job is about 50 hours a week, which is a lot. They also asked me about my current salary, which I thought was weird and not fair.
The hiring process moved quickly, with all interview rounds and decisions wrapped up in two weeks. About 3 hours for on-site and one more interview after that. Need to show your sourcing skills.
