Candidate-reported interview process

So, the interview was about an hour long. It was focused on data structures and algorithms. The interviewer was nice and made it feel pretty relaxed. It was around an hour, give or take.

The interview process started with an HR screening call, which went well. The HR person was professional and clearly explained the entire process. Next, there was a coding round. It wasn't a standard LeetCode-style problem; it was more about debugging existing code. It was pretty straightforward. I wasn't familiar with using CoderPad for debugging, so I asked the interviewer if I could use my own debugger, and they agreed. The preparation materials did mention that this request would be accommodated.

I was first contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. My first interview was with the hiring manager, which was a pretty good chat. But then, nothing, I got ghosted. About six weeks later, the recruiter got back in touch. The next interview was about Python coding, specifically debugging some model training code. The interviewer told me I did well and that the recruiter would follow up with the next steps, but then, ghosted again.
