Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 6 hour interview with a bunch of department heads. They asked everyone the same questions, which was weird and apparently part of their process. It wasn't a typical interview.

I had a full day of onsite interviews with seven 30-minute sessions. The morning session was about benefits, and the rest were general questions about the company and me.

I had an all-day onsite interview. The professionals I met were great and really personable. They were super honest about past company issues, like how they had to lay off a lot of people last year because of the oil crash. I met with around 10 engineers and managers to talk about the job and what the company is looking for. It was pretty casual.
