It was a fair interview. They asked about my experience working with kids. They do not require experience in the ABA field, they can train you for that. They really want to see that you enjoy working with kids.
During the interview, you'll need to multitask by arranging letters of the alphabet while responding to inquiries. They'll inquire about your background with children and autism. You'll also be asked to demonstrate how to teach a skill.
The interviewer first gave me a tour of the company to help me relax and feel comfortable before starting the interview. The interview itself lasted about 15-20 minutes. They advised to be myself and show genuine interest in learning about autism. They mainly assess your past experiences and your eagerness to develop and gain experience in this role.
