Candidate-reported interview process

The HR director was nice and communicated well, but the office manager was strange and never followed up. The interview felt rushed from start to finish. The company looked good on paper, but their PTO offering is less than average.

So after I applied, HR got in touch and we did a phone interview. Then I went in for an in-person interview and met with the Branch Manager and Asst. Branch Manager. After that, I got to check out the floor and meet some of the other techs and the kids, and then they offered me the job.

I did a phone screen, then a phone interview, then a zoom with the area manager, and finally a zoom with the ceo operations. It took like a month. They emailed me about the offer right after the last zoom.
