Had a 45 min phone screening, it was pretty easy. Then some HR interviews with normal, general questions. After that, I had online tech interviews: the first was 30 mins, the second 45 mins, and the third 30 mins. Finally, there were in-person interviews.

First, there was an aptitude and coding test where you had to write stuff on paper. Then, a theory and technical oral round. Finally, a managerial round to talk about your projects.

So first, they look at your resume, then you'll have a chat over the phone or video. After that, it's usually in-person or virtual meetings with the hiring manager or some of the team. Sometimes, you might have a final chat with a senior exec. It's all about seeing if you're a good fit for the role and the company.
