Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview process here was pretty thorough and professional. They had a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and the interviewers were actually friendly, which made it a comfortable atmosphere.

The interview process isn't too difficult, but the team is smart and there's a steep learning curve, so be ready. It's recommended to memorize staff names to help secure an offer if you're lucky enough to get one. Don't miss this opportunity unless you're prepared to not work here.

It was a long group interview and then a short one to one where I had to showcase a new idea for Applebee's online menu, with 30 minutes of prep time. The interviewers were very calm and kind. It was done remotely because I was far away, otherwise it would have been done in person.
