The interview process was thorough yet straightforward. The interviewer's cadence was reminiscent of a cult leader, giving the impression they were a bit unhinged. The interview location was two blocks from the Philadelphia Zoo, so there was a distinct smell in the air. This part had nothing to do with the interview itself.

I met with the manager and answered questions about my past work experience and my interest in working at Applebee's. Then, I had another interview with a different manager who explained the job and pay, and also asked general questions.
I applied online and got an interview request just 5 minutes later. They asked about my availability, experience, salary needs, and how I'd deal with tough customers. Then I was invited for a second interview and they asked me the same things again.
