Candidate-reported interview process

No real formal interview process, just some questions from the recruiter about your experience. Depends on the department, on slow days you might have to help out in a different department.

It’s a long interview process, best way is to try and get a referral. There’s at least three rounds of interviews. Don’t get discouraged. I would even tell you to email the manager again to remind them you applied.

Apple’s technician interview usually has a recruiter call, then a technical test on troubleshooting and customer interaction, and then a final behavioral interview focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and Apple’s culture.
