Candidate-reported interview process

Very STAR focused questions, and from my experience the interviewers tend to nit pick. From the feedback I got, they expect you to respond to the questions in a VERY specific kind of way.

Interview 1: Join a webinar that talks about Apple retail and the positions they have. Interview 2: Recruiter asks behavioral questions and some general problem solving questions. Interview 3: Store leader asks behavioral questions, technical questions, and case study questions. Interview 4: HR.

4 rounds all being tough. Nothing was really that hard. They mainly wanted to get to know you and what you want to achieve. To be honest it wasn’t that hard to pass the interview process. The hardest part is actually getting an interview.
