Candidate-reported interview process

Few questions, like 3 or 4 total. Not hard to get the interview but they are very specific in what they want and details matter a lot. Not fun if you forget to include something in a part.

Two rounds with scenario based questions like what would you do in a stressful situation. How do you make a perfect customer experience. How do you deescalate a situation where two customers are arguing.

The application process took around two months. It started with an initial interview, then there was an introduction to the company. The last step was a group interview that took place in the store.
