Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process is open, structured, respectful, and consistent, focused on skills and culture fit, gives timely feedback, includes diverse interviewers, uses clear evaluation criteria, and makes sure I feel comfort and fairness.

They grilled me hard on every resume point. I got asked about specific implementation details and design decisions. The interviewer dug very deep into my projects and basically tore them apart from a senior engineer’s point of view.

Recruiter call, then 1 or 2 screenings, then a 5-6 round final interview. Interviews were mostly technical with some brain twisters. overall pretty aligned with the JD but the recruiter doesn’t really give details to prepare
