Candidate-reported interview process

4 rounds of interviews including a skills-based test. each round got more technical and harder than the one before. liked that the interviews were with higher-ups i would directly be working with

They contacted me for an interview through email and LinkedIn. I first had a phone call with the recruiter and then a video meeting with the hiring manager.

First interview was 30 mins with the recruiter. Then I had a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, there were SIX 30 min long interviews with the cross functional team. Questions were focused on technical knowledge with maybe 1 per person about personality. There was a heavy focus on having direct extensive experience doing the specific task at hand.
