Candidate-reported interview process

First it starts with a recruiter call. Then you talk to an EPM peer, where you have a chat on background and standard questions plus a prioritization question. If you pass that, you go into a loop with 5 other stakeholders.

Behavior based questions and focused on background. No technically complex questions. But need to be technically knowledgeable and have relevant experience in both engineering and program management. Pretty standard questions asked from all interviewers. Started with recruiter screen, then HM call, then a panel with a presentation.

Three step process, super smooth and I was kept well informed the whole time. The interviewers were clearly engaged and polite, and I had a lot of flexibility with the timing. It didn’t end up working out for unrelated reasons.
