Recruiter contacted me. First interview was set up with a senior engineer, it was both behavioral and technical. Then I had a second round with another engineer and I got rejected after the second round.
The interview process started with an initial recruiter screen, then moved into a hiring manager conversation and several team interviews. The process was pretty structured and straightforward, with each step building on the one before it. The final round had multiple back-to-back sessions that went into portfolio deep dives, design thinking, and collaboration. Everyone I met with was professional, thoughtful, and asked detailed questions that dug into both design craft and problem-solving.
Interview went well, nothing unusual. I was impressed by how the interview was structured overall. I also liked the vibe of the interviewer, that's really all I have to say about it.
