Phone screen was nice. First interview was technical, they asked me about automation process and designing a pick and place system. 2nd interview I thought would be behavioral but it was very technical on stack up analysis.
Very casual, felt more like a conversation checking my knowledge and I answered all the questions. The Manager was calm and straightforward. Looked more interested in knowing about my work than asking questions about what is needed.
Good but a lot of things change during the process, and also the base city at the end was not the same one I applied for. The questions are not very tec, the first round is all behaviour questions, and the last two are tec questions.
