One group interview and then a phase 2/3 interview with the store manager and maybe the director (I didn't make it past the second interview) but everything is pretty straightforward and mostly behavior questions.
Erstes Vorstellungsgespräch - 20 Minuten. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Solange man sich ein bisschen damit beschäftigt, wird es gut laufen. Man muss sich auf jeden Fall selbstbewusst und sozial präsentieren. Viel lächeln und aktiv zuhören. Stell auch deine eigenen Fragen, zeig, dass du die Website dir angeschaut hast und dass du wirklich interessiert bist. Apple ist es egal, was du alles weißt, sei einfach ehrlich und transparent.
1st call with a recruiter. Second and third interviews were STAR style interviews with high level “tell me about a time when….” questions around competencies of the role. 4th interview with the Director.
