The interview process for the Stability Engineer role at Apple started with a recruiter reaching out to set up a 30-minute Webex call with an engineering hiring manager. During this call, they asked both behavioral and technical questions centered on my experience designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines, working with large-scale streaming and batch data, and making sure systems were fault-tolerant and reliable. Got interview scheduled with project manager. He didn't come to the interview. I mailed HR and rescheduled again, interviewer came 10 mins late and didn't even apologize. He asked a couple of technical questions and was behaving like not interested in interviewing (looking somewhere else, yawning and all when I'm explaining). Just don't take interview if you are not interested. You are just another company on this planet. Respect jobseekers. Not gonna accept even if I get an offer.
