They sent me a take home tolerance analysis worksheet. It was basically a tolerance stack up for one of their products and seemed pretty straight forward. I felt like I answered it well but in the end they chose to go forward with other candidates.
4-5 interview rounds. First HR then technical with hiring manager and then a series of back-back with team. Study fundamentals really well and always talk throigh your thought process. (Stress-strain, beam bending, resonance modea, FEA, manufacturing techniques, etc.)
Process was long, had a phone screen, then a take home design challenge for 1 week, then 1 full day of panel interviews and review of the design challenge. Whole thing took at least a month.
