Candidate-reported interview process

Quick phone screen with a recruiter, they just asked simple questions to check if you’re eligible. The interview itself was all behavioral questions and some role-play customer support scenarios that went from easy ones to more difficult ones.

Simple interview process. They talk about your work experience and ask a situational question. They mostly want to see your communication style and how you deal with interactions with colleagues and customers, plus what you expect from the role.

I had 2 virtual interviews with Apple EPMs, both asked the questions related to project and risk management. I got the interview results in a week, and my consulting company told me about the results.
