First, I had a quick chat with a recruiter to go over the job details. Then, there was a more formal interview where they talked more about the company and the role. They also asked me some in-depth questions about my previous work. After that, I had an in-person interview at their office.
The hiring manager was new to hiring but did a good job. They were stern and asked typical, straightforward questions. Amusingly, they changed it up for the second half and included a role play.
I had an online assessment first. Then I had a phone interview with a branch manager who wouldn't be my direct manager. After passing that, a recruiter offered me the job, and I briefly spoke with my actual manager.
