The interview uses a Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) model. We had to solve a problem together with other candidates, and the interviewer observed our performance during the discussion.
The interview has three parts: a coding test, an interview, and a group activity. The coding test mainly covers object-oriented programming and agile methodologies. The interview is straightforward, and the group activity uses basic programming but also assesses teamwork skills. It's a really good interview process.
The interview process varies by academy location. It involves multiple stages, and at minimum, you'll be expected to complete an essay.
