It was pretty straightforward and friendly. I had two interviews, one with the assistant manager and then one with the general manager. They gave me a quick rundown of what the job entails and asked some general questions about why I was interested in working there and what made me a good fit.
Had a phone screen with HR, then an interview with an area director, followed by another interview with the VP of operations that led to an offer. All interviews were about a half hour long and very easy going. The VP was extremely friendly.
You usually meet with a assistant manager and then if you do well and they like you etc you will meet with the General Manager. My old roommate worked there as a host and gave me a good recommendation which I appreciated. I have worked for Applebees in Wenatchee twice and transferred to the Lynnwood Applebees when I moved to the west side for college.
