Candidate-reported interview process
The interview questions were pretty straightforward. They mainly asked about my past projects and had me write some SQL queries. I also had to answer questions about JDBC and demonstrate how to write a program for database connectivity.
It was a mass recruitment process, with 5 rounds: 1. MCQs and Coding - a written test where coding had to be done in Java. 2. Group Discussion - a group of 4 to 6 members were given a technology-related topic. 3. Technical Interview - mainly from Java and JS, they dug deep. 4. HR Round - behavioral and company-related talks. 5. Manager Round - with the person under whom you will be working.
So they basically rejected me, saying my code wasn't optimized enough. I had to do a coding task, and after I finished, they asked if I had any questions. I asked if my code was correct, and they said yes, but apparently not optimized.
