Appirio Salesforce Consultant interviews, decoded.

The interview process was pretty organized and the recruiters did a great job. There were about 7 or 8 interviewers who looked at different things like cultural fit, how deep my technical knowledge was, and if I could answer behavioral questions. A strange thing was that some interviewers seemed to be interviewing at the same time, maybe because of an acquisition, but it makes you wonder about their hiring decisions.

It was a long process. Had multiple phone interviews first. Then flew out to Indianapolis for an in-person interview at the main office. There were 4 rounds of interviews there. The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable.

The interview process is pretty long and thorough, taking about two months. They want to make sure you're a good fit, not just in terms of what you know about the domain, but also if you'll fit into the company culture because Appirio has a really strong community vibe.
