The interview process was pretty long. I interviewed with a panel of friendly people, and there were a few one-on-one chats too. Some parts were tougher than others, but overall it was a good experience. It was a friendly panel where several individuals interviewed me.
I applied online and a recruiter reached out. She told me upfront that the process would be long, with several video interviews and a final onsite panel interview. There were weeks between video calls, but the recruiter kept me updated and showed continued interest. I passed the video interviews and was invited onsite. Upon arrival, an HR rep met me, gave me a schedule and company info, and then gave me an office tour. This company made me feel valued and respected.
Recruiter reached out, and I mentioned I was considering another offer. They seemed very interested, so I proceeded, informing them about my time constraints. The interviews themselves were good; there were two one-on-one sessions, and the field staff who interviewed me were thorough and pleasant. However, after the second interview, I got a call telling me to move on with my other options without any feedback. I suspect the unprofessional recruiting contact who was supposed to follow up was offended by my need for a quick decision, something I communicated on day one. So, the consultants were great, but the HR experience was poor.
