I interviewed with AppGate and although I did not get the job, it was a positive experience. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and asked relevant questions. They seemed to know what they were looking for in a candidate.
It was a thorough process. They asked good questions and followed up in a timely manner. The interviewer was really intuitive and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They clearly laid out the next steps and what to expect throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
The whole interview thing wrapped up in under a week. Scheduling was a bit of a headache, not super smooth. The technical interviewers were super rigid, expecting answers straight from specific books for tech that wasn't even out yet. It felt like they were trying to trick me, looking for mistakes or wrong answers.
