It starts with a phone interview. Then there are two more interviews before they make a decision. It's a pretty straightforward process.
I first met the hiring team at a networking event. After that, I had a couple of phone calls with the HR recruiter. Then they set me up with an interview. Overall, the process was pretty easy and moved quickly from the interview to getting the offer.
I was on time for the interview, but the manager was late by 8 minutes because they were busy. I did notice that diversity seemed low (about 3 out of 100 were minorities), though the gender ratio was about 60/40 women to men. Maybe they didn't care to pay attention to the time because I'm a minority. Anyway, I'm going to move on to something better.
