I made it all the way to the final round of interviews. Everyone I talked to was great. They seemed really interested in getting to know me as a person, not just about my work experience.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They really want to understand you as a person, so some questions felt more personal than in past interviews. I made it to the final in-person round where I got a tour and spoke with the BDR manager. The last interview was basically a conversation with behavioral questions.
I interviewed for a hybrid BDR role in San Diego. I met with several team members, and after the on-site interview, they asked for references. I sent them, and then they went silent for 3 months. It was really unprofessional, especially since the interview was more about personal stuff than my work experience.
