I had a really good interview experience and got an offer quickly after 5 interviews. The whole process was quick, structured, and gave me a lot of insight. It felt relaxed, and I had time to think and ask questions. What really stood out was how open and engaged everyone was. The recruiter got me excited about the company and role early on, and each interview confirmed that. All the conversations were respectful, and they not only assessed me but also helped me understand the team and job. It really showed their collaborative and people-first culture, with a focus on being clear and making candidates feel welcome. I felt ready to go from day one.
It was a bit of a mess, honestly. Started with HR, seemed to align with company values, which was a big draw for me. Then they set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager, which required a long drive. They were flexible with the timing, which I appreciated. But then, just 2 hours before the meeting, they called to cancel because someone else was hired. I was already on my way! The HR person sounded really awkward about it, like she didn't have a choice in how it went down. Total waste of my time and money, especially for a CSR role – you'd think they'd have their act together.
The interview process was clear and well-organized from start to finish. I appreciated the prompt and professional communication at every stage, including timely responses to my questions and consistent follow-up emails from both the HR representative and the hiring manager. Their proactive approach helped set clear expectations and made the overall experience feel efficient and respectful of my time.
