Candidate-reported interview process

I was contacted directly by the hiring manager, which was nice. We then had an hour-long Teams meeting. She asked about my education and programming background. I also asked about what a typical day would be like at Appen.

Had a Zoom call for a corporate linguist position, not project-based. Two team members were on it. We talked about the job and my interest, then about my qualifications and some behavioral questions.

A recruiter reached out to me about a role, remembering me from a past application. I applied and then had an interview. It was a conference call that had to coordinate across three different time zones. Everyone was pretty nice, and the questions covered both soft skills and some technical stuff.
