AppDynamics Test Automation Engineer interviews, decoded.

It was a good and comprehensive interview process. It was during campus placements and consisted of 4 rounds in total. There were 2 technical rounds, 1 hiring manager round, and 1 HR round.

It was a good interview process, and the interviewers were really helpful. They asked medium to hard difficulty questions about DSA and computer science concepts. The interview was on WebEx. They asked questions about arrays, matrix, and sliding windows.

Working at AppDynamics has been great because my coworkers and I get along really well, which makes working from home feel more like being part of a team, even during quarantine. I had an internship before this, and Dev/Mission actually gave me the chance to do that internship too, which I'm super thankful for. My advice for students wanting to break into the industry is to really focus on your soft skills. I've found that people in tech can be a bit awkward, and it's much easier to have a good conversation if you've practiced your soft skills.
