Candidate-reported interview process

It was a thought provoking interview experience where they seemed most interested in who I was as a person and how am I best motivated. It seemed that they were able to determine if you were qualified before interviewing you so it was very much a matter of the right fit.

First, there was a screening call with HR. Then, two interviews with a Sales Manager. Finally, a panel interview where I had to do a sample presentation. I was also assigned a mentor for the later stages.

It took about a month to get through the interview process, which included 3 to 4 phone calls and one in-person meeting. It started with a recruiter, then I had phone interviews with the hiring manager, the regional sales manager, and finally the VP. Before meeting the VP, I was invited to their office to give a mock presentation, like a first client meeting. It was a good experience overall, they gave me fair feedback, and everyone was really nice.
