Candidate-reported interview process
We started with an initial chat with HR to go over basic details and check availability. Then, I had one round with a Director where we discussed my previous experience, and they asked some behavioral and situational questions. After that, I had another similar interview with a VP-level executive.
I interviewed with the hiring manager, completed and presented a take home project to a panel including the hiring manager, then had three 1:1's. Disappointingly, I never heard back from anyone at the company after I completed the final 1:1's.
I applied for a Product Manager role at AppDynamics, but it was filled before I could interview. My recruiter, Joe, was great and quickly moved my application to a similar position. The interview process was really smooth. Even though AppDynamics was acquired by Cisco during my offer period, which slowed things down a bit with the merge, they kept me updated throughout. The visa transfer, negotiation, and onboarding were all handled very efficiently.
