Before the first interview, as a requirement, I had to fill out a document the recruiter sent. It asked for details about my past clients, their company names, sectors, and contract values. Since I've worked in IT Sales for years and am under NDAs, it's quite strange that a well-known company like Cisco would ask for such specific written information.
The interview process took 5 months and included over 9 interviews, with 2 onsite interviews. I had to give 2 presentations to 4 executives and create a complete prospecting email, which was a lot for an individual contributor role. I do like a good interview process, but this was just a massive waste of time.
The interview process was very professional and streamlined. It was thorough but didn't feel too long. Overall, it was one of the better interview experiences I've had, and I would recommend it.
